Optional visitor analytics

With your permission, we use a first-party cookie named rmr_visitor containing a random browser ID to measure what percentage of visitors click Amazon product links. It lasts up to 90 days. We record page paths, clicks, product IDs, timestamps and campaign tags. This ID is pseudonymous: it identifies a browser, not your name, email or Facebook account. Our analytics database does not store your IP address.

No visitor analytics events are sent before you accept. Declining does not affect redesigns or product links. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any updated page to change your choice. Declining deletes the visitor cookie and stops future visitor analytics. Previously recorded visitor links are retained for up to 90 days and are removed during subsequent analytics writes; non-identifying event totals and operational job/cost records may remain. The rmr_analytics_consent cookie remembers your choice for 90 days, including when you decline.

This percentage covers consenting browsers only, not all people. Clearing cookies, private browsing and using another device can create a different visitor ID. We do not use this ID to follow you on Amazon or connect individual visitors to purchases.

We may collect basic analytics and log data, such as page views, browser details, device information, and general usage patterns, to help us keep the site running and improve the experience.
