I've transformed this living room from a bright but somewhat ordinary space into a warm, soulful sanctuary with a bohemian spirit.

The most striking change is the wall color—a rich, terracotta blush that wraps the room in warmth and makes everything feel more intimate and inviting. Where there was once a standard gray sofa, there's now a deep blue one layered with vibrant patterned pillows that bring energy and personality. The heavy wooden coffee table has been replaced by a low, ornate brass tray table surrounded by floor cushions and poufs, creating a relaxed, conversational setup perfect for tea and lingering evenings.

Sheer, light-filtering curtains now soften the windows, while a colorful stained-glass lantern hangs from the ceiling, casting beautiful patterns when the light hits it. The once-busy desk area by the window has been cleared to open up the space, and I've woven in more texture through the rugs, textiles, and thoughtful touches like the glowing lantern on the media console. The result is a room that feels both collected and cozy—like a place you’d want to curl up in with a good book or share stories with friends.
