Description

I took this spacious living room and gave it a thoughtful refresh that feels both inviting and complete.

Before, the room had a clean but somewhat unfinished look—the large sofa and round coffee table anchored the space nicely, but the walls felt bare and there was a quiet emptiness to the corners. To bring it to life, I added a few key pieces that make the room feel warm and thoughtfully styled.

On the left wall, I hung a simple round mirror that reflects light and adds a gentle curve to all the straight lines. Above the sofa, a large abstract painting in soft black, white, and blue tones creates a beautiful focal point and ties the neutral palette together. On the right side, I brought in a tall fiddle-leaf fig tree that adds height, greenery, and a natural touch that softens the space.

Finally, I restyled the coffee table with a few sculptural vases and a small plant, giving it more visual interest than the single bowl that was there before. The result is a room that still feels calm and uncluttered, but now has personality, balance, and a welcoming, lived-in feel.
