A Burgundy Chesterfield Sofa Warms This Living Room

I took this once-quiet, almost bare living room and gave it warmth, character, and a sense of lived-in elegance.

Where there was only a simple beige sofa and a plain round table, I introduced a rich burgundy Chesterfield sofa that instantly anchors the space with depth and sophistication. I layered a large, traditional Persian-style rug beneath it, its deep reds and soft creams bringing movement and color underfoot while tying the whole room together.

Flanking the sofa, I placed a pair of graceful antique-style armchairs upholstered in a delicate floral fabric, creating inviting conversation spots that feel both comfortable and collected.
