I've transformed this once-quiet, neutral living room into a warm and inviting space that feels full of life.

The original room was calm and understated, with soft beige walls, a light-colored sofa, and simple wooden furniture that blended quietly into the background. It felt peaceful, but a little flat and impersonal.

To bring it to life, I introduced a rich, earthy color palette centered around warm terracotta and burnt orange. The new sectional sofa anchors the room with its deep, velvety tone, while the bold geometric rug adds layers of pattern and energy underfoot. I swapped the plain white curtains for striped ones in warm spice tones, which beautifully frame the windows and add movement to the space.

Lighting played a big role too—I added modern track lighting to create a cozy evening glow and brought in sculptural lamps with warm, patterned shades. Little touches like the hanging plants, the gold mirror, and the glass coffee table add personality and help the room feel both collected and current.
